After a recent discussion on Cryptid #22 aka "Storm Wipe", the Head Council has initiated Project: Ptah. All knowledge and technology possesed by ARC is to be shared among the Coalition's greatest Artificers. The project's goal is to create a symbiotic mechanism capable of extending human survivability and shielding from the drastic results of contact with Cryptid #22.

Description:
#██7 is an early prototype, created for the purposes of Project: Sons of Ptah. It consists of irregular strips of organic matter,  highly symbiotic. #██7 causes rapid random DNA alterations upon contact (and thus symbiosis) with any organic matter alien to #██7. Although any contacts with #██7 bear great risk, it remains a valuable prototype, vital for the future of Project: Ptah and humanity as a whole.
An artificial intelligence device, referred to as "The Core" was created in order to ensure #██7's stability. The Core itself appears to be a metal sphere about the size of a table tennis ball, covered in various contraptions. The Core attracts #██7's mass and usually shapes it to resemble a humanoid, although it can freely change its form. The being created after the fusion of The Core and #██7 prefers to be called "Witness". Witness stays passive as long as it's allowed to walk freely around the ARC facility and is treated with respect.
Status update:
On ██-██-20██, after an incident during which the Witness received a high voltage shock, it became frightened and escaped the facility. It remained under Coalition's supervision and eventually got captured by the SCP Foundation. ARC Field Agents managed to establish connection with The Core and, after a proper apology, convinced The Witness to spy on the Foundation.

The host of #██9 is to be continually supervised by ARC's Observers. If the host takes actions against the Coalition and its goals, the nearest agent is obligated to eliminate the host through decapitation and remove #██9 from the host's spinal cord. #██9 is to be placed in a sealed sterile container.
Description:
Cryptid #██9 is an advanced prototype, created for the purposes of Project: Sons of Ptah. #██9 is a complex sentient biomechanical mechanism. #██9 seems to be capable of learning at a pace much faster than the human average. The Cryptid possesses advanced metaphysical knowledge. After entering a symbiosis with a human being through contact with the nervous system, #██9 extends its host's physical capabilities. In some cases, #██9 'rejects' the symbiosis after a few days, terminating the host. If the symbiosis is accepted, #██9 contacts with the host through whispers and dreams, referring to them as 'partner'. With time, #██9 allows the host to create complex modifications of their body and grants them a "sixth sense", making them sensitive to anomalies.
NOTE: #██9 is capable of shielding the host from #22's abilities.
Status update:
On ██-██-20██, after rejecting its current host, #██9 escaped the facility and created a symbiosis with a fast food restaurant worker from a local town, identified as Stephen Rose. The new host was later abducted by the SCP Foundation. According to reports of the Observers, #██9 didn't reject Stephen who became a valuable agent of the SCP Foundation after discovering abilities granted him by #██9.
